This MIXtape is a collaboration mixtape I did with the homie B. Hobbs from THAFIXX.COM. He picked the tracklisting of classic & new D-Town music and I did the mixing. Yes its an actual MIXtape (something all DJs are "supposed" to know how to do lol). It flows seamlessly the entire 70 minutes and is a certified Instant Classic if I must say so myself lol.
