"This is a story of boy meets girl...but you should know upfront this i's not a love story"
Filmed on the campus of Howard University, we finally we get a video for a song I've had on repeat ever since Wale dropped it on his Twitter back in March. He has the oldest man alive, Morgan Freeman, with a funny narration at the beginning and the actual video is based off of the 2009 romantic comedy "500 Days Of Summer." Anybody who's ever had a seemingly perfect relationship end is going to relate. Shorty playing the ex-girlfriend is baaaaaaaaad. But ol gal would have to run me back my jacket if it was me though.
Wale featuring Lloyd - "Let's Chill"
Here Wale makes a dope love song that samples Guy's classic hit of the same name. I have a feeling that Wale's next album won't be slept on like his debut was.
WALE FT ROSCOE DASH - TALK2ME Fresh off the success of No Hands, Wale & Roscoe come with another party hit.
Black female wish list is often out of synch with reality. As wonderful as the Black woman is, and as many problems as Black Men have....she is not perfect.
This is hillarious but truly breaks down that "independent woman" nonsense so prevelant today. Chilli (from the R&B group TLC) is the epitome of how backwards alot of females are with their unrealistic standards. Sad to say but alot of these women are going to die lonely. Nothing wrong with having standards, but you have to be honest with yourself: what kind of baggage are YOU bringing into the relationship? Is it that same old tired "men are dogs" rhetoric?

I told ya'll this is the best depiction of Black relationships I've ever heard
Two of my favorite artits join forces on my favorite cut from Raheem's dope album The Love & War Masterpeace (the best R&B album of the year so far). Tabi Bonney directs this very classy video that showcases the "imperfection of the perfection" of women of all shades and styles.

Didn't live up to the hype to me but here it goes anyways:
Clean Version - http://bit.ly/aDq9fK
Dirty Version - http://bit.ly/aMF7VM"Ambitious Girl...See I like the person you are, but I'm in love with the person that you have potential to be."
That line is exactly how I feel everytime I'm really digging a female. Tupac once said that in a interview also and I completely agree. Wale delivers a dope spoken word track reminiscent of the end of his instant classic song "Diary." I promise it's something indescribably sexy about a female who has goals and is trying her best to reach them.
Seeing a female with ambition makes me want to help her out, with the only payback I expect back being they continue to do their best to reach their full potential. I met one gal like that and although she was fine, what really made me want her was the fact that she was about to graduate from college with the goal of being a lawyer. She liked to argue just like me and she enjoyed when I put her up on HBO's The Wire. I think we were the right couple that just met at the wrong time in life ***Cue 2nd verse of Jay-Z's "Lost Ones"***. I don't even think I'll ever be attracted to a female like that again, but hey what do I know.
Forget beauty, a woman's ambition and drive is the only thing that attracts me & keeps me interested. Man I'm relating 100% to this track.
